In this workshop you will learn how to transform beautiful rich earth and plant pigments into your own set of natural pastels.
We will begin by running you through how to process your own wild pigment in a way that is then suitable for making pastels. You will learn what to add to your pigment to hold your pastels together and give various finishes.
Using our wide range of pigments, you will experiment with colour mixing, coming up with your own unique shades and textures.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a set of you own soft pastels that you have made to take home, as well as comprehensive notes to continue your pastel making journey.
We will finish the day by making an oil pastel, giving a window into another world of exploration.

If you cancel less than 1 week before the start date of the workshop you wish to cancel we will retain 100% of your payment and give you a 40% discount for another workshop with the equivalent price.
